The Dylan Amsterdam
Tucked behind a historical façade right along the canals of the city’s charming centre, luxury hotel The Dylan Amsterdam provides an exclusive gateway to uncovering the hidden treasures of Amsterdam’s past and present. Comprised of the Keizersgracht canal houses with a manicured courtyard nestled at its heart, the luxury Dylan Hotel Amsterdam is continually recognized for its contemporary meets classic design, dedicated service and as a beloved location of those who appreciate quality.
Each of the 40 rooms and suites are unique and individually designed to provide the ideal blend of colour, texture and atmosphere. The Dylan offers an oasis of peace, protecting the privacy of its guests.
Whether you arrive by boat, car, or even horse and carriage (a popular staple of the streets of Amsterdam), the exceptional ambience of The Dylan Hotel Amsterdam is felt the instant you pass through the elegant 17th century gate.
The Dylan houses two restaurants: restaurant Vinkeles and Brasserie OCCO.
Restaurant Vinkeles is a unique destination in the heart of Amsterdam. The intimate and historic setting offers the perfect ambiance to enjoy the refined dishes of Chef Dennis Kuipers and his brigade. The classic yet contemporary style French cuisine is often described as “exciting, modest and refined” and has been awarded a Michelin star in 2009. Restaurant Vinkeles is open for dinner from Monday through Saturday from 7 pm till 10.30 pm.
At The Dylan a savory interpretation of the high tea is served, also known as: High Wine. A High Wine is a tasting of 4 different wines and 4 amuse style bites selected by our executive chef Dennis Kuipers. This food & wine pairing experience can be enjoyed in the Lounge, Brasserie OCCO or when the weather allows outside in our secluded garden at The Dylan Amsterdam. The High Wine is served daily between 3 pm and 6 pm.
Amsterdam’s main tourist attractions such as the Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh museum, the Hermitage, the Anne Frank House and the world’s only floating Flower Market are all within easy walking distance along with the city’s top restaurants, cafes and entertainment.
