For several years, Pakhuis has been the proud owner of his own farm “Le Devant”, located in the heart of the Bresse region. On this farm, products such as Poulet de Bresse, guinea fowl, Hampshire Down lambs & Bayeux pigs are raised with great respect, care and to the highest quality standards. On our menu you can find our own signature oysters, beer, wine & champagne in addition to our own farm products. Products that we are proud to present to you.
