Since the doors of MOS Amsterdam opened on August 15, 2015, partners Henry Pattiwael van Westerloo and Egon van Hoof have seen their restaurant grow into a home. A home for returning guests, a home for the employees and a new home for every new guest. That is what MOS Amsterdam is all about, everyone should feel great at MOS Amsterdam, accompanied by a impressive menu and a good glass of wine, in a nice informal atmosphere. Partly because of this, Michelin awarded the restaurant with a star in 2016.
