At Le Bon Vivant everything is about enjoyment! Surprising flavor combinations in two menus with delicious wine pairings and homely hospitality. All this provides an experience that will not soon be forgotten.

The route that Björn Dijkstra has taken to realize his dream Le Bon Vivant is remarkable. After completing his secondary education, it was not really clear to him where his future lay. With a father in education and a mother in the hospitality industry, the base was broad. A world trip to Oceania was supposed to bring enlightening insight.

On October 4, 2013, Björn officially opened the gates of his Le Bon Vivant. In the years that followed his auto didactic development continued. Dishes became more refined and their own style developed. Exciting flavor combinations of pure flavors in beautiful compositions with honest ingredients characterize the menus of Le Bon Vivant.

Since the fall of 2019, his mother Alma has been employed as Sous Chef. While Björn’s interest in the profession started with Alma, Alma concludes her career in the kitchen with Björn.
