Whether you arrive by boat, car, or even horse and carriage (a popular staple of the streets of Amsterdam), the exceptional ambience of The Dylan Hotel Amsterdam is felt the instant you pass through the elegant 17th century gate.

The Dylan houses two restaurants: restaurant Vinkeles and Brasserie OCCO.

At Brasserie OCCO one can still enjoy a simple Caesar Salad, delicious pasta or for instance a hamburger made with the greatest attention. The interior is everything but ordinary and could be described as cosmopolitan, but still remains ‘The Dylan’ at heart. The Chef’s straightforward, unpretentious style has remained and is delivered with pure flavors and quality of products.

On weekdays, between noon and 3 pm, guests can enjoy “OCCO’s lunch plate” a tasting platter of four smaller dishes at € 25,- per person, aside from the broad offerings on the à la carte. Brasserie OCCO is open daily between 11 am and 11 pm. When the weather allows the brasserie menu will also be served on the terrace in our garden.

At The Dylan a savory interpretation of the high tea is served, also known as: High Wine. A High Wine is a tasting of 4 different wines and 4 amuse style bites selected by our executive chef Dennis Kuipers. This food & wine pairing experience can be enjoyed in the Lounge, Brasserie OCCO or when the weather allows outside in our secluded garden at The Dylan Amsterdam. The High Wine is served daily between 3 pm and 6 pm.

Amsterdam’s main tourist attractions such as the Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh museum, the Hermitage, the Anne Frank House and the world’s only floating Flower Market are all within easy walking distance along with the city’s top restaurants, cafes and entertainment.
