Located in a characteristic monumental building in the heart of Maastricht, we combine subtle baroque tones with warm modern influences. Similarly the kitchen, based on the classic French style, enhanced by modern techniques and fresh flavors. Daily changing menus during lunch and dinner, with both local and worldly products and as basic everything fresh!
Inspired by the 50/50 principle, which is reflected in all respects, Restaurant 55 was created. A nice balance between conviviality and culinary enjoyment!
