Amended Terms and Conditions due to the COVID-19 virus
In line with the Dutch Government and ANVR (the Dutch Association of Travel Agents and Tour Operators), we can only offer our clients the possibility to postpone their tour(s)/transfer(s)/hotel(s) until one year after the original scheduled date.
However, the tour(s)/transfer(s) need to be rescheduled in 2020 to keep the 2020 pricing!
For the postponed tour(s), non-refundable entrance tickets need to be re-purchased.
If there are any hotel(s) booked, we will contact them for the new postponed date availability.
Hotel pricing can be adjusted to the new postponed date.
The non-refundable 25% deposit and or additional payments will be transferred to the new postponed tour/transfer date.
The postpone option is valid until June 30, 2020. If traveling is still not possible after June 30, 2020, we will extend the option by one month until traveling is possible again.
