For more than 100 years, honest hospitality and personal service have been the core values of this family-run business.

Hotel Beaumont is located in a stately building in the elegant district of Wyck, in the centre of Maastricht. The hotel’s interior, by the British architect David Chipperfield is modern while at the same time maintaining the building’s typical features and respecting its history.
An example is the use of minimalist decor in rooms with original ceiling features.

Celebrated the 100th anniversary, the owner received, from the Queen’s Commissioner the award “By Appointment to the Court of the Netherlands” as a Royal Warrant Holder.
The guidelines for qualification are; the company exists at least 100 years, it needs to have clean records, it is a family business and holds a first or leading position in the region as a branch or industry.

On the 1st of April 2012 the company celebrated his 100th anniversary with six hundred guests. They were treated to a fantastic festive evening where they have met the Beaumont in 1912 as well the Beaumont of 2012. On the grand finale of the evening the guests were surprised with a unique façade projection that was announced by Onno Hoes, Mayor of Maastricht. under the inspiring leadership of three generations, including the current owner, Harrie Beaumont, the family business has grown into a modern hotel with 130 rooms, a number of conference and banquet rooms, and a restaurant.

Guests of the Beaumont can make free use of the tea and coffee making facilities, (inter) national newspapers / magazines located in the lobby and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

Hotel Rooms:

The hotel has two buildings: a main building (Beaumont) and a Residence, which is located directly across the street of the main building.
The hotel counts in general seven different room types. The different rooms distinguish each other by category in terms of location, facilities and price.

The Basic rooms, Beaumont and Residence have free high speed wireless Internet, Philips Ambilight plasma Internet television, a refrigerator, safe, Rituals products, slippers and a hair dryer.

The Comfort rooms, Beaumont and Residence have in addition to the basic rooms an Auping bed, complimentary mini-bar (Coca Cola, Coca Cola light, Schweppes Tonic, Brand Beer, mineral water and Pringles Original), a Nespresso machine, tea facilities and bath ropes.
Please note that these rooms can’t be converted into twin bedded rooms and some rooms do not have air conditioning.

The larger Superior rooms, Beaumont and Residence have in addition to the comfort rooms a King-size Auping bed, red and white wine in the complimentary mini-bar and a rain shower. All rooms have air conditioning.

Always moving forward, since March 2013 the Beaumont has 16 new Deluxe rooms, all located in the main building. These extra-spacious Deluxe rooms have in addition to the superior rooms an Artifort love seat, a separate toilet and an spacious walk-in shower. What’s more, they were all built and furnished using sustainable methods.

In March of last year, the Beaumont was the first hotel in the province of Limburg to be awarded the internationally recognized official Green Globe certificate.
The Beaumont Deluxe rooms are heated using solar thermal collectors, hot water is supplied by solar water heating systems, solar panels provide the rooms with electricity and power the LED lamps and LED televisions, and a heat exchange system uses air source heat pumps to cool or heat the rooms. What’s more, the bathrooms also utilize a heat exchange system, water-saving faucets and showerheads, and low-flow toilets. The interiors of the rooms use sustainable materials and Senso poured biopolymer flooring. The rooms fulfill the strictest insulation standards.

Besides the above rooms, the Beaumont also have Suites (main building), Family rooms and Garden rooms (both in the Residence).

Meeting rooms:
The meeting rooms are equipped with standard facilities, but The BBox (an innovative meeting concept) is equipped with a Wii, video and teleconferencing, e-beam system, IVS voting system, AMX touch screen control and lots more.

Harry’s Restaurant, within the Beaumont hotel is a member of Maastricht Culinary, a partnership of the finest restaurants Maastricht has to offer. Harry’s, designed by British architect David Chipperfield has the ambiance of an international Brasserie and stands for informal eating and drinking in a casual-yet-uptown setting. The kitchen under the guidance of Chef Audrey Eussen is international, distinctive and seasonal. Harry’s is committed to local farms and producers who employ organic and sustainable practices.
